Cancellation Policy

Important : Please be noted on the cancellation policy, that we would consider and understand on emergency occasions - Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 12 hours before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone, Whatsapp, email or logging in your account to cancel a class. - If you do not cancel prior to the 12 hours, you will lose the payment/credit or 1 day off your expiration date of your package. - For any No show, late cancelation would be considered to be charged/decucted, as we would be unable to offer the bike to somebody else. - If you have to cancel your class, we offer you to return a credit to your account if you cancel before the 12 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. - The club retains the right to cancel / suspend the class of any reason. If such cancellation or suspension is made due to small number of attendees (less than 3 attendees) etc. We seek for your understanding in that matter, thank you all and bike up!
